How to place a  booking to hire a marquee?

Securing your marquee is a straightforward, four-step process:

1. Initial Inquiry: Contact us with your event date, location, guest count, occasion, and preferred marquee size. We will provide a preliminary estimate within 24 hours.

2. Free Site Visit: We will meet you at the venue to measure the space, confirm the layout, and discuss setup/dismantle dates along with any special requirements.

3. Final Itemized Quote: Combining our site measurements with your preferences, we will send over a transparent, fully itemized final quote.

4. Deposit & Confirmation: To lock in your date, we will send over a contract and request a 25% deposit. (Please note: If your event is less than 14 days away, full payment is required upfront).

Flexibility Note: Need to add extras later? You can update your order at any time leading up to the event, subject to equipment availability.

Will my marquee come with walls or windows?

Yes, all marquees include solid walls as standard. If you would like windows, we can add them to up to 50% of the marquee at no extra cost. Both walls and windows operate on a curtain rail system, allowing you to easily open, close, and tie them back depending on the weather or your preference.

I’m not sure if a marquee will fit in my space. Can you help?

Absolutely. We offer a free, no-obligation site visit to assess your space and find a solution. Our highly versatile structures can be installed on almost any surface—including concrete driveways and tennis courts using weights and anchors. We can even build over flower beds, steps, small trees, and swimming pools.

When will the marquee be setup and taken down?

 Installation: We will call you 10 working days before your event to schedule a convenient installation time.

 Removal: We typically dismantle and collect our marquees within 3 days after your event concludes.

Need setup or teardown outside of standard hours? Let us know during your site visit or via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a cancellation after a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice provided:

    • More than 28 calendar days’ notice: 50% of the deposit paid.
    • 10 to 28 calendar days’ notice: 100% of the deposit paid.
    • Less than 10 calendar days’ notice: 100% of the total hire charge.
