Marquee Linings and decoration
All our marquees come with the option to elevate the experience by providing pleated ivory linings or black Starcloth linings . These completely change the look and feel of your marquee, adding class and sophistication. The linings completely cover the internal view of the marquee structure to create a beautiful setting for your event. All lining packages come with walls, roofs and swags included. Ivory lining prices are displayed on pricing page. Blackout Starcloth lining pricing is available upon request.
Marquee carpet & raised cassette hard wood flooring
These can be supplied together or separately.
One of the best ways to decorate your marquee is with carpet. This instantly makes it a more refined experience and can be provided in a range of colours. Carpet can be installed in all of our marquees with or without hard flooring.
We also supply and install raised cassette hardwood flooring – It is the ideal solution to level out uneven ground and provides your marquee a solid and stable floor system that ensures a completely flat floor and with carpet it provides a premium feel.
Marquee lighting
Another important aspect in creating the right atmosphere for your marquees is the lighting. We stock various forms of lighting including chandeliers, up-lighters, disco lights, fairy lights and festoon lights. All of these create a wonderful ambience and allow your events to run during the day and night. We are happy to answer any questions about lighting and can recommend the amount of lighting needed based on previous success of other events.

Marquee furniture
At Mercer Marquee Hire we provide a complete marquee experience. Depending on your event, you may need tables and chairs. We have various chairs and tables for a variety of events to accommodate different styles and budgets. Our popular chairs are our white lime-wash Chivari, gold Chivari, bistro chair and packable fold flat chairs.
Our tables come in two shapes – rectangle and circle. A rectangle trestle table 6ft by 2ft (183cm x 76cm) is great for catering. We also offer a round solid wooden table that comes in two sizes – a 5ft diameter and a 6ft diameter. The 5ft round table will seat up to 10 people and the 6ft round table will seat up to 12.

Dance floors
Planning on music at your event? Then you should consider one of our two dance floor offerings. We provide a wooden parquet or a black and white dance floor. Both of these provide a centre-piece for your marquee and a flat surface perfect for dancing the night away. Highly recommended for party marquees and provides a point of convergence and a real party atmosphere.

PA and speaker systems
PA systems and speakers can be your answer if you have speeches or music at your event. These will be fully setup ready to use and come in two sizes, a 2 speaker and 1 speaker setup.

2 x Alto TS412 active PA speakers (Bluetooth compatible), 1 x Yamaha MG06 mixer, 1 x JBL microphone, 1 black fold out table for the audio mixer plus your audio input, 2 x speaker stands and all additional wiring. £180.00
Our smaller 2500w setup includes.

Marquee bar
We offer a stainless-steel bar with led down lights to level up your party marquee experience and keep drinks flowing. There is also a shelf underneath the bar for drinks to be stored and prepared. The counter top is strong enough to mount draught pumps and dispensers. £150.00
